More about us

We are not a professional body, we are simply here to try to publicise things that have not had the exposure they should have had in the local press. We are not experts in web design (as can be seen) or as reporters or anything else! We are not a replacement for the Evening Mail (hence NOT The Evening Mail) but simply putting forward stories the Evening Mail is NOT publishing. We are not are not aiming to duplicate information already published, just things of local interest that are NOT.

It should be common knowledge by now that the Editor of the Mail is partisan in many areas due to conflicts of interest, especially in the Academy debacle, so we are just trying to make known the facts that are left out. The forum that was set up has had no posts BUT the amount of times we have heard debates about who we are and what we are up to has surprised and amazed us!

At the end of the day we are safe in the knowledge that we are passing on true facts that others are aware of but choose to keep to themselves. We and others have passed the information on with no acknowledgement and no information passed on. How long has the uniform thing been lied about in the Mail? All they do is publish quotes and leave it at that etc etc…….

As for the people that  have been slating us for our gramma, it has been mentioned several times in messages. Again can we point out we are NOT a professional site! We are just people passing on information that has NOT been by the Mail. To add to that can we ask any parents who go in to schools to look at any work on the walls, read it, then come back to us and slate us for gramma. English gramma has gone to the wall, you will be lucky if you find one article with correct spelling, never mind proper punctuation, as for apostrophise someone tell me where the hell they should go in “academies”.

We truly have been surprised at the response the site has had around the town, yet as the popularity has increased the contact has decreased. We can only put up what you send us. We will delete any personal information, such as email address, as soon as we have the details saved. All we want is to pass on the TRUTH!
