Illegal Gags!

Nobody can be legally gagged on the Academy debate, if you are being directly or even indirectly told to suppress comments then we need to know. There is no legal or moral grounds for these matters even being raised. Anybody passing information to us is both morally and legally safe.

We are getting messages left right and centre stating that bit by bit employees of the council are being gagged. Some told directly to make no personal comments with others more subtly advised to keep their opinions to themselves.

Moira Swann for example is on the record as having told staff that they will be disciplined if they say anything. How is she getting away with it? Where the hell are the unions in this matter? The FACTS are that not one person can be disciplined for ANY statement made on their own time. NOT ONE person has a clause in their contract stating that they are not allowed to express an opinion against the Academy. It is a violation of European Law to threaten staff in such a way. Any contract written with such a clause is illegal under these laws, so if say the Academy staff have any such clause it their new contracts then they can sue now or at any time in the future and have a watertight case.

Moira Swanns actions are deplorable and totally illegal. Threatening the children and staff of Parkview to replace the management if protests went ahead was an illegal act in itself. Why do you think the threats never turned in to a replacement of management? She could not legally follow them through! We will be pushing for action to be taken against her on behalf of some of our contacts, and the same for any other management that think they are above the law.

Our forefathers lost their lives so we could have freedom of speech, yet these unelected morons think they are more powerful than Hitler and can push their propaganda out and stop us speaking our minds. This has to be stopped and a free and open debate be allowed. NOT behind closed doors but an open forum where people can air their views with no threat of reprisals.

To sum up, whoever you are you cannot be gagged for personal views!! Anybody that has had such a threat put upon them should contact us immediately and we will seek legal advice on their behalf from our contacts.

We are also in the process of contacting various departments and institutions in order to get their official stance on these matters, we would also welcome comments from an unofficial view, as in what they tell us vs what they tell you.

We are doing nothing illegal so there is NO threat AT ALL of any people posting information to us of having their details leaked. On top of that we do not even store any addresses or contact details.
