‘There will be no bullying in the new academy’ said Doug Blackledge. What an absolute pile of cr@p. From day one of his appointment there has been nothing but lies and this was one of his first!

From day one there has been nothing but pressure from  Moira Swann and the like  on staff to toe the  County line ‘or you won’t get a job’. That is blackmail and bullying. The children were told not to protest or they would lose their schools now. That is blackmail and bullying. Staff throughout the council and childres services have been told not to express an opinion under threat of disciplinary action, that is blackmail and bullying. Who the hell do these people think they are? They think they are above the law, they are not. They are acting ILLEGALLY!!!!!! Why the hell are the unions and the like not making a stand!?!?! They are bullies and blackmailers!

Even the staff not given a job in the academy are under threat!! Quote:

As for re-deployment, the LA admitted there aren't any jobs!!!  Unions

are not bothered since TUPE guarantees pay for three years but not

employment.

Incidentally, the 5 staff, current Senior Leaders were dispensed with

due to their high salaries and nothing else!!! They are amongst the

most highly qualified and most successful teachers in South Cumbria who

could have and would have made a massive contribution to education in

the future.

As it is, they have to keep their silence as they need a reference to

go for future jobs...it's blackmail by Blackledge!!!!  “

This cannot be left unchallenged! These people are employed on our behalf to do the best for us by the council. This is clearly not happening, they are answerable to us, not there to dictate to us. It is time we realised this and made heads roll. Moira Swann is not fit for purpose in her role, she is there to do the best for our kids not screw their education up, bully their teachers and force through what is not wanted.

If they want an academy then do it properly. Many protestors will go along with the principal if it is done correctly. Build the bloody thing first then close the schools when it is all in place. No way this way though. Stop it now.
