According to the Mail the Academy has the go ahead. It is still not clear what events have actually taken place though. Is this the 10 days notice of the signing of the funding agreement that was promised? Has the agreement been signed already? We do not know. The Mail is about as useless as a chocolate teapot as usual despite being in the pocket of the council.

Apparently the go ahead has been given for the academy but still no details are in place, the funding announcement of 10 days has not been given as far as we are aware. This does not mean the announcement has not been made, just to say the mail has not released the details. Not being an official press bureau yet we are not privy to the official lines of communication that the Mail is, so we are working on it at present to get the full facts together.
